Viribuz Media, Inc (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when we act as a Data Controller and when we act as a Data Processor on behalf of our clients.
1. When We Act as Data Controller
This section applies to personal data we collect directly from individuals (website visitors, contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, job applicants, etc.).

2. When We Act as Data Processor
Most of our work consists of running advertising campaigns for clients who are the Data Controllers. We process personal data only on their documented instructions.

Advertising identifiers (AAID/IDFA), IP address, cookie IDs, hashed email, city-level location, device & browser information
Source & purpose
Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, The Trade Desk, etc., for campaign delivery and measurement
Retention
Deleted or fully anonymised within 90 days of campaign end (unless the client instructs otherwise)
We never sell personal data and never use it for our own purposes.

We notify the affected Controller without undue delay and, where required, within 72 hours.

Transfers outside the EEA are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021) and other appropriate safeguards.
